Starting in 2024, some members will be able to use their benefit to purchase over-the-counter (OTC) hearing aids from uhchearing.com or epichearing.com. Members will not have a separate benefit for OTC hearing aid but, instead, can choose to apply their benefit to OTC devices or to a prescription hearing aid(s).
