You may receive professional fees more quickly by submitting delivery receipts through the Provider Portal at the time of fitting/delivery of the instruments. If we don’t receive a delivery receipt, we’ll send you an email 15 days from when we receive the invoice reminding you that the manufacturer trial period has begun, and we have yet to receive documentation confirming the patient has received their hearing aids.
If we still haven’t received a delivery receipt after 30 days, we’ll send another notification email requesting you to take the appropriate action.
If you’re unable to schedule a fitting appointment with the patient within 60 days of when the hearing aids were ordered, please return the hearing aids and submit a Return for Credit form.
