New Jersey and New York: Refer patients to Oxford Preferred Lab Network
In New Jersey and New York, patients covered under commercial Oxford benefit plans can be referred to Oxford Preferred Lab Network (Oxford PLN) for laboratory services.
Referring patients to Oxford PLN for laboratory services can help them access additional health care professionals while reducing their out-of-pocket costs.
How to refer patients
You can find the Oxford PLN health care professionals in the UnitedHealthcare Provider Directory, where they have an Oxford PLN icon next to their name.
