Help patients who suffer with opioid use disorder

The opioid crisis has had a devastating impact on communities across the United States. In 2023, 81,083 opioid-involved overdose deaths were reported.1  However, medications for opioid use disorder (MOUD) are an effective treatment that can cut the risk of death by overdose in half.

How you can help

You can let patients know your practice offers MOUD by visiting our data attestation page to update your practice information. Available areas of expertise specific to MOUD treatment services are:

  • Medication assisted treatment - Buprenorphine
  • Medication assisted treatment – Methadone
  • Medication assisted treatment – Naltrexone
