To continue effectively supporting members, you will need to update your recommendation and select the support package.
AARP members who make online appointment requests will now have the option to share their hearing aid level with you. This may help you plan the conversation — with a glimpse at the members’ budget and self-assessment of their needs — and leverage your expertise to find the best hearing solution. We know AARP members are savings-focused, so providing a transparent look at pricing prior to an appointment can help create smoother, more informed conversations.
