Thank you for joining the nation’s largest utilization review accreditation commission (URAC) hearing network. UnitedHealthcare Hearing is supported by a robust network of hearing care professionals and maintains distribution relationships with major hearing technology manufacturers.
As a network provider, you’ll serve members under UnitedHealthcare Hearing, AARP® Hearing Solutions™ provided by UnitedHealthcare Hearing and EPIC Hearing Healthcare plans.

Alternate product requests
You can request alternate products if a desired product is off formulary by contacting your provider care team. If approved, the product will receive the standard 3-year warranty.

Every 90 days, you’ll need to verify and attest your personal and practice information that’s listed in our Provider Directory.
Steps to view and update your practice information:
- Sign in to the UnitedHealthcare Hearing Provider Portal
- Review your personal and practice information for accuracy
- Submit a case to request changes, if applicable
