Moving forward, we ask that you submit your demographic updates through 1 of the following methods to ensure timely and accurate updates of your data:

Please note that failure to submit your demographic information by 1 of the methods above may result in inaccuracies in our directory, a negative patient experience and delays in claims payment.
If your state requires you to submit updates through a specific tool or process, continue to follow that process to keep your data updated with the state and submit your updates through 1 of the options noted above.
