Missouri Tobacco Quit Services is a free, confidential and effective way to help Missourians quit all forms of tobacco, including e-cigarettes and smokeless tobacco. Use the following information to help your patients quit online, by phone or text with a customized quit plan created just for them.

• Health care professional education
  • Offers 15-minute interactive training modules to help treat nicotine dependence and includes continuing education credits at no cost
• Member website
  • Quitnow.net/MO is now YouCanQuit.org for members to enroll for coaching and quit medications
• Youth cessation program
  • Help for teens ages 13–18 to quit smoking or vaping. Text “Start My Quit” to 36072 or chat with an online coach.
