Missouri Medicaid: New state communications portal now available

UnitedHealthcare Community Plan of Missouri is partnering with the Missouri Department of Social Services to help improve communications through digital resources.

Check out the new Missouri Medicaid Audit & Compliance (MMAC) Provider Communications Portal. This secure and efficient platform will enhance communication and information exchange with you.

Portal key features

• Update and maintain contact information with multiple contacts
• Submit forms and supporting documentation for record loss or destruction
• Submit required quarterly/annual reports and audits 
• Submit forms and questions
• Submit anonymous complaints or fraud referrals
• Receive targeted emails for specific provider types and retain communications
• Receive text (SMS) messages 
• Securely upload documents electronically
• Research frequently asked questions

The portal will also enable Missouri Medicaid to send you important program information through email and/or text messages, including courtesy reminders for due dates of reports and revalidations.
