As part of your contract and California Senate Bill 137, you must review and update your demographic data for accuracy. Demographic data includes office location, phone, hours, etc. If your data is inaccurate, we must remove your information from the provider directories.
Failure to update your directory information may result in a delay of payment or reimbursement of a claim under California Health & Safety Code Section 1367.27(p).
