How to view overpayment letters

Document Library securely stores overpayment letters and other documents for up to 24 months. To access, sign in to the UnitedHealthcare Provider Portal with your One Healthcare ID. In the portal menu, select Documents & Reporting > Document Library > Overpayment Documents folder. Use Advanced Search to find documents by Check ID or Claim No.
