Use TrackIt to submit documentation for pended claims

Need to send documentation on a pended claim? Instead of mailing the information to us, save time and hassle by using TrackIt. The online tool lets you securely upload supporting documents from your computer, shortening the time it takes to process pended claims. You may already be using TrackIt for some of your claims. We’ve expanded its capabilities to now include more lines of business.

 

Access TrackIt

Use TrackIt daily to check the status of your claims and complete required actions. The tool is easily accessible from the upper menu in the UnitedHealthcare Provider Portal: 

  • From any page on UHCprovider.com, select Sign In and enter your One Healthcare ID. If you don’t have a One Healthcare ID, register now
  • Go to TrackIt in the upper right corner to access the drop-down menu 
  • A highlighted button will appear in each section if actions are required 
  • Click on Pending Claims to get details on the information needed
  • Follow the instructions for submitting the attachments
  • When the attachment is successfully uploaded, the pended ticket status will show “Under Review” 

 

You can also set your preference to receive emails when an action is required. When you’re in TrackIt, click Manage Email Notification in the upper menu to get to Profile & Settings and update your information.
