Provider Express
Provider Express is the online resource for all behavioral health provider information including:
- Clinical criteria and behavioral health toolkits
- Prior authorization submission guidelines
- Eligibility and claims assistance
- Training and resources
Existing providers can log in to the secure Provider Express portal to complete transactions. We are committed to serving our behavioral health providers, a valuable part of the comprehensive behavioral health services available to our New Mexico Turquoise Care members. Keep your roster updated
Help our Turquoise Care members find you by keeping provider data current. Remember to update information for groups as well as individual clinicians.
- Log in to the secure Provider Express portal
- Click My Practice Info > My Practice Profile
- Review and update the Group Roster tab
- Confirm general office contact information
- Review and update group practice addresses
- Review and update active individual clinician data
